Wondered what Bondi beach look like in winter? Not deserted at all, people are still flocking since this is one of Sydney's hot spots. It's not like the only activity to do here is swimming/surfing, there are many other things anybody can do.
For one, Bondi is known for its trendy café scene, you have to experience the local café culture which Sydney is known for. Two, young people can have a good spin in their roller blades and bikes in the massive Bondi skate park. And three, aside from the beach view, cute murals are present in the walls, instagrammers haven. And don't forget about the icebergs, you haven't been to Bondi if you don't catch a glimpse of this ocean pool.
Last weekend, we took friends from overseas to Bondi and did exactly what I put on the above list, except for the roller blading of course. The weather was undecided, changing from sunny to cloudy and back again. So they got to experience the warm and cold welcome on their first day, what a way to greet Sydney.
I got to finally wear my floral bomber jacket. I was thinking of pairing this with jeans but ended up with my leather skirt. But it looks good I supposed, suited well for the changing temperature of the day.
I was also sporting my new kicks and that's the Adidas Superstar sneakers. I've been waiting for these sneakers to become available for months. My size was always sold-out, just got lucky one time when one pair came up. Oh well, it's about time.

Surely, there is no need to wait 'til the end of cool season to go see Bondi, I'm sure there are always fun ways to do once you get to the place, just ask this handful little boy :)
